INSL6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INSL6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,587 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INSL6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP17, STARP1, and TOMM5. Each is linked with INSL6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INSL6-to-partner and partner-to-INSL6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP17 grouped by INSL6-low versus INSL6-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INSL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→INSL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
