INSL5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, INSL5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,398 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INSL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSHZ2, LY6G5B, and RPS17. Each is linked with INSL5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INSL5-to-partner and partner-to-INSL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INSL5 versus TSHZ2 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INSL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→INSL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
