INS-IGF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INS-IGF2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INS-IGF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-8, JNK_pT183_Y185, and JNK2. Each is linked with INS-IGF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INS-IGF2-to-partner and partner-to-INS-IGF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-8 grouped by INS-IGF2-low versus INS-IGF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INS-IGF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→INS-IGF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
