Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, INPP5J mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,708 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible INPP5J-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR760, SNRPGP8, and RNA5SP138. Each is linked with INPP5J in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INPP5J-to-partner and partner-to-INPP5J results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INPP5J→partner) and Y-score (partner→INPP5J) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
