Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, INPP5J RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated INPP5J data layer compared with 10 for mutation status and 3 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher INPP5J RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated INPP5J expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and READ show a favorable association.

UVM, LUAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where INPP5J RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
