Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, INPP4B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 23,693 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible INPP4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL5P13, LSM3P4, and SMC4. Each is linked with INPP4B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INPP4B-to-partner and partner-to-INPP4B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B versus RPL5P13 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INPP4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→INPP4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
