The most reproducible INO80-associated genes across cancer lineages are FABP12, IFNA8, and ASZ1. Each is linked with INO80 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INO80-to-partner and partner-to-INO80 results are reported.
