INMT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INMT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 192 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02282, OR4A17P, and SNORD105. Each is linked with INMT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INMT-to-partner and partner-to-INMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02282 grouped by INMT-low versus INMT-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→INMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
