Across TCGA patient cohorts, INMT-MINDY4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,107 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible INMT-MINDY4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cell-substrate junction organization, Response to transforming growth factor beta, and Cell-matrix adhesion. Each is linked with INMT-MINDY4 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INMT-MINDY4-to-partner and partner-to-INMT-MINDY4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of cell-substrate junction organization grouped by INMT-MINDY4-low versus INMT-MINDY4-high in STAD.
