Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, INMT-MINDY4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated INMT-MINDY4 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher INMT-MINDY4 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated INMT-MINDY4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and CHOL show a favorable association.

DLBC, UCEC, and KIRP are the cancer types where INMT-MINDY4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
