Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, INKA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,218 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible INKA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRP4, ELP6, and ZNF792. Each is linked with INKA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INKA2-to-partner and partner-to-INKA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INKA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→INKA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
