ING4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ING4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 112 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ING4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4535, PNLIPP1, and RNU5E-9P. Each is linked with ING4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ING4-to-partner and partner-to-ING4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4535 grouped by ING4-low versus ING4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ING4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ING4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
