INCENP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INCENP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,389 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INCENP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANAPC1, FBXL18, and NUP205. Each is linked with INCENP in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INCENP-to-partner and partner-to-INCENP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INCENP versus ANAPC1 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INCENP→partner) and Y-score (partner→INCENP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
