INCENP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INCENP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,012 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INCENP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC2, MRTO4, and CDK1. Each is linked with INCENP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INCENP-to-partner and partner-to-INCENP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INCENP versus SMC2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INCENP→partner) and Y-score (partner→INCENP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
