Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, INCENP protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,617 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible INCENP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC2, SMC4, and TPX2. Each is linked with INCENP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INCENP-to-partner and partner-to-INCENP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INCENP versus SMC2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INCENP→partner) and Y-score (partner→INCENP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
