Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, IMP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 58 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IMP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, RPS28P1, and RNU5E-9P. Each is linked with IMP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IMP3-to-partner and partner-to-IMP3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by IMP3-low versus IMP3-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IMP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→IMP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
