ILKAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ILKAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,534 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ILKAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are EEF1E1-BLOC1S5, CDCA2, and BNIP3P5. Each is linked with ILKAP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ILKAP-to-partner and partner-to-ILKAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EEF1E1-BLOC1S5 grouped by ILKAP-low versus ILKAP-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ILKAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ILKAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
