IL9R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL9R mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,899 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL9R-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF12, RN7SKP43, and MIR4710. Each is linked with IL9R in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL9R-to-partner and partner-to-IL9R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF12 grouped by IL9R-low versus IL9R-high in SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL9R→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL9R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
