IL7R

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL7R RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,301 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL7R-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPN7, ARHGAP15, and ARHGAP25. Each is linked with IL7R in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL7R-to-partner and partner-to-IL7R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IL7R versus PTPN7 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL7R→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL7R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
