IL7R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL7R mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,146 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL7R-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS5, PACRG, and CEP72. Each is linked with IL7R in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL7R-to-partner and partner-to-IL7R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS5 grouped by IL7R-low versus IL7R-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL7R→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL7R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
