IL7R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL7R mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL7R-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Kit, p27_pT157, and PCNA. Each is linked with IL7R in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL7R-to-partner and partner-to-IL7R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Kit grouped by IL7R-low versus IL7R-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL7R→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL7R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
