IL6ST

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL6ST mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL6ST-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, eIF4E, and GAPDH. Each is linked with IL6ST in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL6ST-to-partner and partner-to-IL6ST results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by IL6ST-low versus IL6ST-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL6ST→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL6ST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
