IL6ST

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL6ST RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,571 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL6ST-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of cytokine activity, Leukemia inhibitory factor signaling pathway, and Interleukin-11-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with IL6ST in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL6ST-to-partner and partner-to-IL6ST results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of cytokine activity grouped by IL6ST-low versus IL6ST-high in OESOPHAGUS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL6ST→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL6ST) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
