IL34

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL34 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL34-associated genes across cancer lineages are NIPA2P2, TRAJ11, and ANKRD20A6P. Each is linked with IL34 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL34-to-partner and partner-to-IL34 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NIPA2P2 grouped by IL34-low versus IL34-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL34→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
