Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL33 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,561 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IL33-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SOD3, TNXB, and XPO5. Each is linked with IL33 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL33-to-partner and partner-to-IL33 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IL33 versus SOD3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL33→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
