IL33

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL33 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL33-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4G, ACC1, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with IL33 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL33-to-partner and partner-to-IL33 results are reported.
