IL33

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL33 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,520 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL33-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to vitamin E, Host-mediated modulation of intestinal microbiota composition, and Alcohol metabolic process. Each is linked with IL33 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL33-to-partner and partner-to-IL33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Response to vitamin E grouped by IL33-low versus IL33-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL33→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
