IL31RA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL31RA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,968 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL31RA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are PML body organization, Positive regulation of focal adhesion assembly, and Positive regulation of cell-substrate junction organization. Each is linked with IL31RA in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL31RA-to-partner and partner-to-IL31RA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PML body organization grouped by IL31RA-low versus IL31RA-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL31RA→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL31RA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
