Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IL31RA RNA is linked to patient survival in 28 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IL31RA data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher IL31RA RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IL31RA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
UVM, MESO, and ACC are the cancer types where IL31RA RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
