IL23R

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL23R RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,154 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL23R-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DOCK11, IKZF1_S445, and LCP1. Each is linked with IL23R in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL23R-to-partner and partner-to-IL23R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IL23R versus DOCK11 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL23R→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL23R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
