Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL23R protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,564 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible IL23R-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCL1, CXCL8, and ADGRG3. Each is linked with IL23R in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL23R-to-partner and partner-to-IL23R results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IL23R versus CXCL1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL23R→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL23R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
