Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL23R mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL23R-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, PKC-b-II_pS660, and MEK1. Each is linked with IL23R in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL23R-to-partner and partner-to-IL23R results are reported.
