The most reproducible IL23R-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Renal D-glucose absorption, Membrane bending, and Prolactin signaling pathway. Each is linked with IL23R in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL23R-to-partner and partner-to-IL23R results are reported.
