IL23R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL23R mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL23R-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCF5, MYH4, and COL6A5. Each is linked with IL23R in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL23R-to-partner and partner-to-IL23R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IQCF5 grouped by IL23R-low versus IL23R-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL23R→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL23R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
