IL21R

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL21R RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,945 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL21R-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO1F, MYO1G, and NECAP2. Each is linked with IL21R in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL21R-to-partner and partner-to-IL21R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IL21R versus MYO1F in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL21R→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL21R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
