IL21R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL21R mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL21R-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Annexin-1, and Src. Each is linked with IL21R in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL21R-to-partner and partner-to-IL21R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by IL21R-low versus IL21R-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL21R→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL21R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
