IL21R

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IL21R RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,272 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL21R-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Aorta smooth muscle tissue morphogenesis, Actin polymerization or depolymerization, and Positive regulation of protein deubiquitination. Each is linked with IL21R in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL21R-to-partner and partner-to-IL21R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Aorta smooth muscle tissue morphogenesis grouped by IL21R-low versus IL21R-high in SKIN.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL21R→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL21R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
