IL1R1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL1R1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,193 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL1R1-associated genes across cancer lineages are E2F2, TTF2, and PRPF3. Each is linked with IL1R1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL1R1-to-partner and partner-to-IL1R1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IL1R1 versus E2F2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.82.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL1R1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL1R1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
