IL1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 63 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPP3P1, RNU6-313P, and RPSAP74. Each is linked with IL1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL1A-to-partner and partner-to-IL1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DPP3P1 grouped by IL1A-low versus IL1A-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
