IL18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 165 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL18-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGKV1OR2-118, IGKV1OR-3, and RNF19BPY. Each is linked with IL18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL18-to-partner and partner-to-IL18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGKV1OR2-118 grouped by IL18-low versus IL18-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL18→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
