IL12A-AS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IL12A-AS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IL12A-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, PCNA, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with IL12A-AS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IL12A-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-IL12A-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by IL12A-AS1-low versus IL12A-AS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IL12A-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IL12A-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
