Across TCGA patient cohorts, IKZF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,681 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IKZF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IKZF2_S56, IKZF2_S433, and TTC9. Each is linked with IKZF2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IKZF2-to-partner and partner-to-IKZF2 results are reported.
