IKZF2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IKZF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,191 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IKZF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are VAV3, THRB, and C4orf33. Each is linked with IKZF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IKZF2-to-partner and partner-to-IKZF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IKZF2 versus VAV3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IKZF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IKZF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
