IKZF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IKZF2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IKZF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, 4E-BP1, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with IKZF2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IKZF2-to-partner and partner-to-IKZF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p62 Lck ligand grouped by IKZF2-low versus IKZF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IKZF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IKZF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
