IKBKE

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IKBKE RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,153 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IKBKE-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARP14, IFI16, and PYCARD. Each is linked with IKBKE in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IKBKE-to-partner and partner-to-IKBKE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IKBKE versus PARP14 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IKBKE→partner) and Y-score (partner→IKBKE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
