IGSF5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGSF5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGSF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, Annexin-1, and Caspase-8. Each is linked with IGSF5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGSF5-to-partner and partner-to-IGSF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by IGSF5-low versus IGSF5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGSF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGSF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
