IGSF5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IGSF5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGSF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNP1, KRT77, and LRRC74A. Each is linked with IGSF5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGSF5-to-partner and partner-to-IGSF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TNP1 grouped by IGSF5-low versus IGSF5-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IGSF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→IGSF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
