Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGLVI-20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,602 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGLVI-20-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell mediated immunity, Immunoglobulin production, and Complement activation. Each is linked with IGLVI-20 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGLVI-20-to-partner and partner-to-IGLVI-20 results are reported.
