Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGLV7-35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,120 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGLV7-35-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell mediated immunity, Antigen receptor-mediated signaling pathway, and Immunoglobulin production. Each is linked with IGLV7-35 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGLV7-35-to-partner and partner-to-IGLV7-35 results are reported.
