Across TCGA patient cohorts, IGLV3-26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,016 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IGLV3-26-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are B cell mediated immunity, Superoxide metabolic process, and Immunoglobulin production. Each is linked with IGLV3-26 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IGLV3-26-to-partner and partner-to-IGLV3-26 results are reported.
